Can I just say 1. loved this and 2. the Rose Inc tinted serum is a DELIGHT. Expensive but glorious on the visage for a light coverage no-foundation-but-also-hello-i-need-foundation day

xx

Thank you thank you for reinforcing my dedication to Luminous Silk! A dermatologist told me to use it when I was a teen maybe 20 years ago (?!) when it first came to Ireland and nothing else has compared since. Must try that other Armani product listed for daywear.

It’s lovely! And I like that it’s refillable. Wearing it today actually and it’s looking great!

Have you ever tried the Jane Iredale mineral make up? The pressed powder. I find my older skin likes it, I’m 53, it just takes the edge off the bare faced look, plus doesn’t sink into pores. But I do fancy a go of the Luminous Silk now that you’ve mentioned it🤔. Love reading your articles🙂

I actually haven’t! I had a Bareminerals powder foundation years ago and never took to it, but I’d be interested to try something like that again. Thanks so much for reading!

Loved that Val! We have the same skin type and foundation tastes so I was very interested to read your thoughts. I love Luminous Silk, the Uoma and the IT Cosmetics CC Cream too. I highly recommend the Lisa Eldridge one, especially if you're looking for something for your wedding as it wears so we'll throughout the day. I think you might like the Estee Lauder Futurist too. I still want to try the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin. The new NARS one is on my list to try out too.

I’m going to London next month and a visit to the Lisa Eldridge pop up is very much on the list… so you never know what might happen 🙈 Would also very much like to try the new NARS!
